1. You must be living in Australia and be at least 18 years of age 

2. Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

3. Have a verifiable and valid email address and mobile number; and be using an Australian credit card to make the purchase 

If you require a change in address, please send an email tohello@pollennationskin.commarked as URGENT ‘change wrong address in subject line’ and include your order number and updated shipping details, in order for us to take action as quickly as possible. Please be aware, orders submitted through pollennationskin.com can process and ship very quickly, therefore we will do our best to modify any changes to existing orders, however, keep in mind that your order may already be dispatched, and order modifications may not be possible. 

A refund or exchange will only be accepted if an item in faulty. If you have received a product that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please provide details including photos within 7 days of delivery.  PollenNation Skin will then verify whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund and provide details accordingly. Please contacthello@pollennationskin.comand include your confirmation number in the subject line so that we can find your order easily and process your request in a timely manner.

PollenNation Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit 

If a change of address is lodged directly with your local post office, or Australia post, PollenNation Skin will not be responsible for any misdelivered or lost parcels. Shipping cost for orders are non-refundable

Standard Shipping available. A flat fee of $10.00 AUD will be charged. The timeframe for Standard Shipping to the United States is 6-10 business days doorto door shipping with email and SMS tracking & signature on delivery.  This does not include customs processing delays which are currently out of our control. Please note that business days are not inclusive of weekends or National public holidays.

Express Shipping and Standard Shipping available. A flat fee of $10.00 AUD for Standard Shipping will be charged and a flat fee of $15.00 AUD will be charged for express shipping. The timeframe for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)Standard Shipping to New Zealand is 8-12 business days door to door shipping with email and SMS tracking & signature on delivery. The timeframe for Express Shipping to New Zealand is 4-8 business days, door to door shipping with email and SMS tracking & signature on delivery. this does not include customs processing delays which are currently out of our control.
